Great amenities and friendly staff
I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room with modern decor and appreciated the convenience of the indoor garage. The 24/7 pool access was a major highlight, allowing for relaxing swims anytime. However, I think the check-in process could be smoother to reduce wait times for guests. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

A chilly night in the room
The restaurant was a lifesaver during my son's sickness, offering delicious food without needing to wander outside. The bartender was genuinely nice and attentive.
Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortably firm, and the pillows were so flat that we struggled to get a good night's sleep. A sick child made it all the more challenging.

24/7 pool and hot tub, connected to Hurst Conference Center, free Wi-Fi access
The shower drain creates a loud noise that ruins the experience!!! The thin walls allow for conversations from neighboring rooms to be heard, making it hard to relax!!! Consider better insulation and shower adjustments!!!

Convenient indoor parking garage makes unloading a breeze. Spacious rooms and a solid breakfast spread set the right tone for the day.
We dealt with a range of issues, starting with a light bulb out and dirty windows in room 610. The first room had a broken fridge and a leaking showerhead. Switched to room 606, which also had stained windows and an unresponsive thermostat, making for an uncomfortable night. Walls were paper-thin, letting in all sorts of noise from neighboring rooms, which can be pretty distracting. Overall, cleanliness fell short of expectations, leaving a lot to be desired.

I checked into a King Room with Sofa Bed and really liked the spacious layout. The location was perfect for visiting family, nice and quiet. The staff made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated their quick service when I asked for things. However, the fridge in my room wasn't plugged in and my food spoiled. The walls felt thin. I could hear every word from the next room. The drain in the shower was metal, and the sound of the water hitting it disrupted my shower time. I expected a better breakfast with the $10.95 charge but felt it didn't offer enough variety for that price. I wish the room had cleaner bathrooms too. Overall, a decent stay despite these issues.

Families beware of hidden issues
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I really liked that they had a fridge and microwave in the room, super handy for keeping our drinks cold and heating up leftovers.
It wasn't exactly affordable, but manageable.
